Service Description

A commitment to ensure continuous improvement. Includes an audit inspection every 6 months of the restaurant kitchen and front of house, in line with EHO standards: - operational procedures - hygiene and maintenance - staff training - documentation of due diligence and compliance A detailed consultation is offered to the staff on site following the audit and a report will be generated to highlight the good practices or any improvements that will need to be addressed. As it is a repeated service, an ongoing overview of success milestones and opportunities is conducted, with a focus on continuous progress.
