Service Description

Includes a thorough audit inspection of the restaurant kitchen and front of house, in line with a EHO standards: - operational procedures - hygiene and maintenance - staff training - documentation of due diligence and compliance A detailed consultation is offered to the staff on site following the audit and a report will be generated to highlight the good practices or any improvements that will need to be addressed.
